Notarial fees follow Texas statutory limits. Mobile travel and appointment-related charges are quoted separately and confirmed before booking.

Your complete document and current government-issued photo identification. Do not sign beforehand unless the receiving agency or document specifically instructs you to.
Can you tell me which form I need?+
No. A notary is not an attorney and cannot select forms, draft language, or give legal advice. Please contact the document recipient or an attorney for guidance.
Are witnesses provided?+
No. Witnesses cannot be provided. If your document requires one or more witnesses, you must arrange for them to be present and eligible to serve before the appointment.
How is pricing determined?+
Your quote will separate the applicable notarization charge from travel, convenience, or after-hours fees. The total is confirmed before the appointment.
